Authorized Bot users may set a forum channel’s post slowmode by selecting Set Posts Slowmode from the channel actions menu in the Bot UI.
- Slowmode durations greater than 6 hours are enforced by the Bot. Shorter slowmodes are enforced by Discord.
- If no posts slowmode is set for a forum channel, the message slowmode will govern how often posts can be created in that channel.
Security
Setting the channel posts slowmode requires that the Bot user has the ‘Channel admin’ authority.
