Authorized Bot users may close Discord forum posts by selecting the post in the Bot UI, then selecting Close and lock forum post from the channel actions menu.
- Locked forum posts can be deleted.
- Unlocking/reopening forum posts must be done through the Discord UI.

Closing and locking forum posts requires that the Bot user has the ‘Advanced Moderation’ authority.
