Authorized Bot users may set the allowed media types by selecting a channel in the Bot UI, then selecting Set Allowed Media from the channel actions menu.
Allowed media
Select the media types that are allowed to be posted in this channel.
- Image attachments
- Video attachments
- Audio attachments
- Files (attachments that don’t fall into the above categories)
- Embeds
The Media type removal reason must also be set in the Policy management panel.
Security
Setting allowed media requires that the Bot user has the ‘Advanced Moderation’ authority.
